A decision made after deep thoughts and insights

is more likely to be accurate.

-This was our perception behind the tag line "your second thought..."

If interior designing is an art,

YES! I'm an Artist,

and that too a passionate one !!

Expanding on my technical designing skills and building furniture, I paralleled my obsession with the booming trends of modular furnishings and quickly gained recognition in the interior design world, in and around Mumbai.

I unveiled Lumba with a dream of enhancing the living experience. Thus, our projects simply portray the effortless depth, fearlessness and creativity behind every masterpiece.

Types of kitchen

Parallel Kitchen (The Mirror)

Uncomplicated piece of Art, this kitchen consists of two rows of cabinets facing each other, creating an inner passage or galley between them. Eliminating the need for corner cupboards, this type of layout uses every millimeter of space without wastage.

L-Shaped Kitchen (The Flexible )

The L-shaped kitchen offers great flexibility. This kitchen has cabinets along two perpendicular walls. Although the corner necessitates some clever cabinetry solutions to make it practical, the open plan design of the L-shaped kitchen offers great flexibility in the placement of kitchen appliances and work zones.

Single Wall Mount Kitchen (The Compact )

Smaller and Smarter, this simple layout is space-efficient without giving up on functionality. Here the cabinets are installed against a single wall, the One Wall Kitchen can have upper and lower cabinets or shelving over base cabinets, creating a clean aesthetic.

U-Shaped Kitchen (The Spacious)

A Kingsize Kitchen, that enables great workflow and multiple users at the same time. Here, the cabinetries are placed along three adjacent walls. This type of layout provides plenty of storage but can feel enclosed if there are upper cabinets on all three walls. To avoid this, we usually choose upper cabinets along only one or two walls, with open shelving, focal tiles, or a hob hood on the other.

The Island Kitchen (The Royal )

A very popular choice in Duplex, Banglow, and Pent House. The island kitchen provides a large work surface or storage area in the middle of the kitchen. This can incorporate multiple cooking surfaces, or can also be used simply as a preparation area or for enjoying family meals. While the kitchen has to be big enough to incorporate an island, its placement is a great way to create a natural traffic flow in the area
